Post 2: Why did I choose my major?

Hello everyone, today I will tell you about my career and why I chose it. When I was a child, I don't remember thinking about a career to study in the future. Maybe I was thinking of the typical careers a child thinks of, doctor, astronaut, firefighter, etc. For me it wasn't an important issue at the time, in fact I honestly don't remember thinking much about it. 

However, when I was 16 years old I thought about studying a career related to mathematics because it was easy for me to understand. However, one day a professor asked me if I wanted to work with numbers for the rest of my life, my answer was no. It was at that point that I decided to think about what was easy for me to understand and whether it was something I wanted to do for the rest of my life. It was at 17 when I had a psychology course in high school and I knew it was something I wanted to do for the rest of my life. My teacher at the time motivated me to do it and well, here I am, loving the career and wanting to do things in the best way possible to help people in something as important as mental health.
